Oxford Duplication specialise in the preservation of analog video, audio and motion film, photographic film and document archives for historical libraries, companies, governments and institutions, to include a very large consumer client base. 

First opened in 2007 Oxford Duplication Centre has grown exponentially into an award winning full service archiving and digitisation company, supporting corporate, heritage and consumer clients with analogue, corporate and heritage archives.

Our studio is based just outside the beautiful city of Oxford, and specifically designed for the digitisation of all audio-visual, photographic film and document materials. Our studio follows correct protecols to ensure the best possible handling of all materials to The National Archive Standards.  We work with some specialist clients who trust us with their incredible and highly valuable materials, from audio-visual tapes requiring conversion to AVI or Pro-Res files, to parchment scanning of Henry 8th media, to glass plate negatives that have never been seen before, to bulk and short order document scanning supporting clients in freeing up rooms, helping to reduce space and money.

Our dedicated and specialised team are highly trained to have a careful methodology, focusing on the conservation of media, through to the final digital output. Our methods are recognised within the UK, by our clients and awards received.

To compliment our digitisation department, we offer capture management and archiving solutions from leading ABBYY FineReader, supporting clients with professional optical character recognition on PDF outputs.
